108 Bead Mala Making Workshops
Join me in this beautiful mindful craft day. We will spend the day together sharing the space and energy making our very own, individual and unique 108 bead mala. We will learn more about crystals and how the energy the emit as well as weaving in meditations and moments of reflectiveness and turn inwards with love and compassion.
You will design and intuitively choose genuine crystals that resonate with you to make your very own 108 bead mala and use it in your meditation practise new or existing.
Hand Mala Making Workshops
Join me for 4 blissful hours of meditation, crystals and mala-making. We will meditate together and take time to miindfully craft and take some me time. This short workshop includes the design and creation of your own, hand mala to take away.
