Have you ever thought about starting Yoga?
Have busy and large yoga classes put you off?
I know that’s happened to me many a time because of confidence and lack of understanding and knowing whether or not I was doing the postures correctly!
I used to wonder if I was the only one who felt like I wasn’t doing the right postures; I felt the class was too fast for me, nobody came to correct my posture and asked me how I felt.
When I lived in India the home of Yoga I studied at several different well established Yoga Schools in Delhi and in Mumbai to learn the ancient art of Yoga and Meditation.
If you’d value more personal attention in your yoga practice – whether you’re a total beginner or have been practising for some time, then I offer 1-2-1 yoga sessions. I also offer some limited classes for small groups, if you and your friends would like to join forces to have more personable classes.
If you have a space big enough to accommodate then that’s great if not, we can find a suitable venue to hold the class.
Sessions start from £40 per 1.5 hours, this will include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.
Whether you want to learn Meditation and Mindfulness because you have never tried them, you have tried it but are not sure if you are doing it right, or you want to boost your practice, contact me and we will adapt the sessions to your needs and aspirations.
The classes are held in West Yorkshire or online to suit you.
